every coder/admin/rpq/areas = a labor force. put them to work. Last I checked, there is no RPQ any longer, as the whole sphere resigned, and our ONE consistent coder went with them. The addition of 3.5 into the game will proably do alot for the game but at the same time not alot of people are still playing 3.5 D&D. The online gaming world has evolved into a something better IMHO. FYI... Not sure where you live, but where I live there are more 3.5 games than the 'upgrade'. ...

I would again like to point out that while the 'invitations' might not go out to people, there are ways to find out about RP. Do some work on your side to keep track, don't drop the whole burden on RPQ to notify. RPNEWS! Check it, because things get posted like mob events that players might not have...

Oblivion kinda does have a scaled proc. The undead it makes is according to level and undead points... higher the level the more UPs avail for undead creation.
