I will say that pets moving and stop casting when you move hurt the method I used to land wither. But once again, whatever. Wither was best to hit when I got bashee wail. The raw circle number doesn't directly affect a spell's chance of landing. Some spells (a fairly small list) do have a modification for the mob's save chance. Verified, by equipping on test, that you can indeed get a notch past 115 (that actually reduces prayer time). :)

This difference was noticeable memming 4 greater realms.

The best way to test this is to use a low-level character (roll up a newbie if you want), and see how many 'notches' you hit with wisdom or int (since these notches are only visible in pray/mem times, the longer your intial memtime the more detail you can discern). Actually, mob damage and player damage really aren't all that related. If you doulbled played +damage, and doubled weapon dice, that doesn't effect mobs at all.


For those occasions where a mob is actually wielding the weapon, raising the dice would indeed cause a sizable increase in damage.
