I guess you could solve the newbie problem with a sort of xp campaign. A number of small zones that you can do either with a small group, or with pets if you aren't able to find anyone. One small comment on timing. Sat/sun noon are the only timeslots there are usually zoning possibilities for us euros. By putting RP in one of those slots, you're reducing our zoning possibilities by 50%. I would strongly suggest finding another timeslot for RP sessions, or at least alternate it.

I've twinked Neglos with Nolu. Any ele/rogue combination with some skill can do it. Have done it with my rogue before. Simple game dynamics. Sad to see someone pointing fingers cheater again, based on heresay.

Besides Ross spent hours and hours farming xp tokens with a fully decked rogue that simply kills twice as fast as others. During that time he could probably have levelled the alts as well. Ehm Falcon boots require 3 items from mid-range zones, while muspel riding boots can be done in about the time it takes to get maybe one of those items. I'd say both items are fine.

With Pat's suggestion it would be a 8-10 hour zone. Add the in and out to 12 hours, and it's still epic, but more doable. Sounds good to me. By the way Tia took 20 hours with one of, if not the, best leaders in the game. I don't want to know how long it takes with someone else.
