I guess you could solve the newbie problem with a sort of xp campaign. A number of small zones that you can do either with a small group, or with pets if you aren't able to find anyone. Each campaign zone gives you a token that levels you. Set it up so people learn their class, learn the most import...

One small comment on timing. Sat/sun noon are the only timeslots there are usually zoning possibilities for us euros. By putting RP in one of those slots, you're reducing our zoning possibilities by 50%. I would strongly suggest finding another timeslot for RP sessions, or at least alternate it.

Time/groupsize: The ONLY reason I still play here, apart from the people that is, is that we do a lot of content small group. I log on and we twink stuff, 3-5 people, hour max per zone. Please change it back to what it was. The difficulty of this quest is easily on par with khanjari. And the dagger is nerfed to hell now. I'm fine with the dagger proc aggroing everybody in the room. I've twinked Neglos with Nolu. Any ele/rogue combination with some skill can do it. Have done it with my rogue before. Simple game dynamics. Sad to see someone pointing fingers cheater again, based on heresay.

Personally I don't think it's broken that much. It sure helped reviving evils a bit. Besides Ross spent hours and hours farming xp tokens with a fully decked rogue that simply kills twice as fast as others. During that time he could probably have levelled the alts as well. I voted no for much of the same reasons Adriorn mentioned. I don't think lifting the group restrictions will fix anything, other than a number of people will be able to use their evil characters where they now use their good characters.
