I would like to see more advanced optional rules in further supplements, and they've actually been doing a pretty decent job at that lately with some of the stuff in PHB2, Complete XYZ, Tome of Battle, etc. Tome of Battle is just cheese as are the tricks in Complete Scoundrel. It's not really that I'm looking for a high save character, I'm just looking for something to fill out my last 4 levels (MoS will take me through 16th). Hrm...I honestly can't recall if FR allows for devotion to a pantheon. If I remember right, you have to select a patron, otherwise if you die, you can't be resurrected, and you go in the wall. Even if you allow for pantheon devotion, yeah, that's still probably gonna mess with trying to go into HoM....
