Guns don't kill people, people do. Guns are a tool, one with a bit more likelihood to be used to accomplish said goal, but a mere tool none the less.

The thing I was mostly getting at is something that D2 said, the total amount of xp needed for level 50 remained static, but the loading of it changed. In essence it takes the same amount of time to get 50 as it did before, its just easier to get to 46. Several classes begin zoning at or about level...
