I don't understand why code issues like this can survive for seven years and live through ten different threads urging the gods to fix it. Guards are killing newbies in hometowns due to ridiculous mob AI left over from staple diku code. Can't somebody take an hour or two and dig into the guard code...

Was more of a gripe with the whole system in general. I know this isn't a global mob. If it was we could beat the dead equine some more.
