No more complaints about troll regen, helps to minimize downtime when you're solo, and is another cool stat to factor into eq.
It should take some amount of time to reach full regenerative capabilities after initially applying the affect to negate eq-switch-out behavior.

Yep. It's kinda sad, but at least 50% of a zone writer's work goes unnoticed in the form of descriptions and other minutia. I kinda doubt those fails were just from bad die rolls... Agree. Making something like this require the presence of an administrator to be resolved is no fun for anybody. Like Ashiwi, I'm sure the majority of people caged won't have intentionally committed any offense. Getting out of busted zones or having to ask for mobs consent takes long enough as it is...

Any permanent bonus affect that works on magic items would obviously need a huge penalty/cost to it.
