I disagree with this - Druids can't see invis either, and shaman are more of a priest/mage hybrid anyway, so it makes sense that they can have detect invis.

Vylare, I think that part of the problem is that we have a flood of enchanters on the goodie side all of a sudden. I'm often one of 10 40+ enchanters logged in.

I think that a whole bunch of people went and created enchanters when there weren't many around, and now we have too many.

I don't think easier xp for warriors is the answer, they already have it pretty easy there.

I think the key is to add in some useful skills in that 22-40 range where they get nothing.

This has been a pet peeve of mine since I first played on Soj1. As a new player, it's almost impossible to even learn where eq repops because of this. The reboot races are one of the worst parts about playing on Sojourn. I do think that a random chance of item load on no-reboot repops would be great...

I don't think that low level xp is necessarily the problem - it's the fact that you can't do a thing on this mud without good equipment. With a decent set of gear, you can absolutely fly through levels 1-15 or so. True newbies won't have any way to get good eq other than random handouts from people,...

Sarvis - you just don't get it, do you? Unless mages wear +hps gear from head to toe, they WON'T LIVE. There's no choice in the matter. Sarvis, before going any further here, are you talking about only invoker damage or are you talking about all casters and their skills? You initially say 'casters', but all discussion after that has to do with invokers.

Umm, casters are already extremely dependent on +hps eq. There are enough disadvantages to being a caster without having to worry about getting +skill gear to do our job.

WHY?

Why do items inside a container get destroyed with the container??? I had stuff inside a noburn bag inside a sack. Sack went poof from a breath weapon and everything in it goes too? How insanely lame.

Oh, another bug I've found - if you are trying to flee before you die in the arena and then die, you will flee once outside - which can be bad, especially in the UM portal.
