What do people think of a capture the flag game on Acheron, if the staff were to make the flags as items that could not be teleported and that were too heavy to lift (could only be dragged?).

I couldn't find the age-old thread on this topic, so I'm posting it anew, after being in a group where eq split left some people feeling gypped. First, a couple points of fact: 1) Random loads do not necessarily make eq pop more often. Eq can be coded to pop only once per boot, at a random time, or, only a very very small percentage of the time. 2) Eq coded to pop a very small percentage of the time can be controlled to pop say, once per day...
