Ok, I have a few thoughts to add some of them are not completely related but here goes. 1) Frob's post was to address fairness, if you decide to bid something off it is wrong plain and simple to after bidding give it to someone else.... if you want to give it away do it in the beggining don't chode ...

I think everyone agrees that chanters/bards are in need of an upgrade. I think the ideas you posted are good allycis. For battlechanters I see them as someone who gets people in the mood to fight, playing a warlike chant. I think that a skill that would be appropriate would be some sort of frenzy or...

The only advice I can add to this list being as I know very little is this: If you have better eq than something in a split, don't take it just because you don't have one, leave eq for people who need it... its really frustrating when someone has better eq than you and they get the item that you are...

Perhaps change it so that at level 50 you are afforded the option to train skills at a greatly increased price up to 90 or so. That would prevent lowbie twinking and at the same time allow people who are level 50 to get some skills up that take a long time. I have sat inskeletons for about 5 hours s...

My opinion is and always will be, the best way to fix a problem of inbalance isn't go lowering every class till they are all less useful, but instead help those that need it. The last mud that I played on used the philosphy of imbalance=downgrade. Within 1 year of the downgrades our players on at 1 ...

In regards to the ebony bladed debate.... Eb blade does less damage per swing... but the blind proc lands every time it procs where as GCD I have had the blind proc go off a couple dozen times and landed 2 so far. In regards to making quests harder by making mobs rare load or if they are rare making...

I'm just curious since I am not as well versed as my friends. Is this unspoken zone that has great exp and lost keys a zone that starts with B? I am out of the loop and everyone conveniently leaves out the name when referring to it. I am not sure if you are not supposed to advertise it or not on the...

Wow some lovely sentiment here for sure. My response is I would need to know. For 2 reasons, 1. that might be it for me... 2. if I forgive her and it happens down the line... 2 strikes and you're out. As for me I wouldn't ever cheat on my gf, its poor form. If you want to mess around with lots of pe...

I have to agree with Erevan on this one. The number if rangers is not proportional to the exp table. Warriors have a fairly easy exp table, rogues have an easy exp table, and bards used to *I don't know for sure because I haven't played one in a few years*. I think the reason for the rangers is peop...

This sort of goes along with what alot of people have said in alot of different forums, but I will re-emphasize it here. I think it would be fun to have a zone with a choice of how you will do it and what you get. For example, in the castle, an invasion load outside trying to break in. Regardless of...

All I can say is everything in moderation. Mudding can be a fun hobby or side-bar, as long as it stays that way. When you start having your real life controlled by the mud its time for a reality check. What really matters? If the mud goes down sure I would be dissapointed, I have fun playing, but I ...

My thought on experience is that it should be a learning process but to a point. I spent 5 hours on ship killing with omrec for him to get 50% of a level or something ridiculous like that. Omrec knows how to stone/haste/blur/globe ect... and yes partially that knowledge comes from playing before. My...

Ok, here's my 1 cent, since I am now a dorf warrior instead of my monk of prior glory. I think twilight should remain a 2-handed weapon. I personally like having variety. I think if every warrior gets the same 1 handed weapon and the same shield the game becomes drab. I know that eventually every ra...
