Windows does just a Carriage Return
Linux/Unix does a CR and Newline
Macs used to do just a Newline, not sure if that changed in OSX
Notepad is a holdover from about 10 yrs ago, have you tried a more modern text editor?

Yuantis should end up benefiting from the equipment guidelines as 3-4 tail items load in difficult areas. These items should see an increase in power to make them equal to other leggings and/or boots coming from similar zones.

I have to disagree Rivi, there is still a ton of room for eq variety on the melee side of things, I tend to have a harder time coming up with stats for mage eq as +hp>all.
