How about the ability to cast a spell at a different spell circle, say since 6th circle is full, have the ability to mem waterbreathe as a 7th circle spell.

He is right, the arena is where to go.
You take a weapon that is able to be id.
You take a look at how much damage it does over say 100 rounds of combat. This can include procs.
You then take the noid item and compare it's damage over 100 rounds.
You should be able to get a very good idea at the comparative damage of two weapons.

I actually build computers and servers at work and install windows and oracle onto them. I know about msconfig and regedit.

Disk Defragmentation
I'm looking for an effective and safe alternative to the windows XPdisk defragmentation. Hopefully I can find one that can also defragment the windows part of the drive so that my computer will once again boot quickly.

This idea has a lot of merit.
It would take a god to make it work. The reward should be a restring, run a round robin tournament over several weeks to months. It would be all of the same class fighting each other. One restring for each class and a plaque somewhere so we could know who was the last champion for each class.

I read somewhere on the boards that -100 or better ac will lower the amount of damage you take when you get hit. If that is the case then I can see why getting a -100 ac could be a good thing, even for a mage.

How about this, a transitory norent item you get from doing a 2 hours subzone. This does not increase the strength of your character. You do need it to get the really good reward(s) at the end of the zone.
