Relocate and a Flipping a Coin
Staff: Has relocate been changed? It seems as if there is an at best 50/50 chance of failing the spell and teleporting all over hell's half acre. This seems pretty useless to me since most people won't risk casting the spell unless it is in a safe area anyway. This amounts to nothing but wasted time...

Kiryan, You would LEARN the spell, not permanently memorize it. Currently, quest spells, once you learn the skill, you never need a spellbook for it. You still need to mem it, but you need no book. I am asking if we could LEARN the spells through enough practice that we wouldn't need to actually LOO...
