I don't have a suggestion for stats on this one sorry, but there are other rings easier to get that are better now. 2 hit isn't enough to warrant wearing it, nor is 20 hps...this is an inbetween ring, now, people will either wear hp rings to fill that notch or wear gemstone to fill the hit/dam notch...
