What is hitroll based on mainly? I have an ogre with perfect strength that has a hitroll of 1 naked. Is this right?

Where can I find wintintin? I've searched and can't seem to find it. Do I even want it? Right now I use gmud, and I personally can't stand zmud, so if not wintintin, then what's a good client to use?
