From my own experience, with some police brutality charges I was trying to pursue, lawyers won't touch a case against a police department unless it extremely well documented (by someone other than the police department apparently). Just to amuse you all. I will tell the story. I was 18 at the time....

Speed up the entire game. Memorization takes far to whacked out long. Regen needs to be turned up across the board, at least 2x hp and 4x moves. And I daresay cut down res/moonwell and other "out of battle" spells to be cast times that aren't ludicrous. Make mobs below level 25 heal either...

Nerfed sorcs to 2 classes. Nerfed skills to the point where you can barely tell the difference between maxed warrior and unmaxed. Hence overworked enchanters and lazy invokers.
