Out of curiosity, would anyone be LESS against Oteb's fireshield halving damage thing if:

1. it didn't stack with stone/displace/blur/dscales?

and/or

2. if it was only a 25% damage reduction?

I haven't really noticed this since usually if I have displace and blur, I'll have stone too.

Hits that go through the displace just chip stone so I still don't take damage.

I'll have to check this out tonight when I get home, if I'm not too lazy.

Yea, I agree with you for the most part. If someone came right out and said that Necros and Lichs were the same thing, and it is assumed that everyone WILL lich and thats the way its designed... then I can agree with necros as is. In this case there would be no reason for a necro to be self-sufficie...

Outta curiosity, how high can you solo as a troll warr? Say... fighting mobs that are equal to or slightly lower than you (ie one notch per kill or so) ... I honestly dont' know. Ummmm AFAIK, one of the reasons that it was removed was that he put both is zones on his website for anyone to download and they're both now live on That Other Mud.

Which seems to break both the nondisclosure agreement and copyright.
