I'd say about 75% of the number of times I go zoning, I'm the only enchanter and usually have more spellup targets than I physically have spells to cast, never mind the time spent casting em. This was a very very very necessary bugfix. If you look at the helpfile, it's supposed to be mob-targeted. So just the fact that it was able to be used on players was a huge bug in the first place!
