I don't recall ever fumbling a sword in real life. So just the fact that fumbling exists is bad enough I think, to make fumbling "realistic" when it really isn't realistic in the first place is a little too much.

It's not about waiting longer, I don't care about that, I just think it's strange that the mobs wouldn't follow the same casting rules as players. I suppose it could be cheesed somehow somewhere but most everything can anyway.

Mobs casting after players leave..

This has always bugged me, if a mob starts casting a spell on me such as a fireball or something, and I flee out of the room, and wait for 4 seconds, then I walk back in and get hit with the fireball.. why don't they stop casting when we leave like we do when they leave?

Actually I believe parry and shieldblock are both agility based skills. I remember hearing that the skills on the practice listing are misplaced under the wrong stats now, perhaps because of the new skill additions or something. Could be wrong.

I think it's a good idea; seasoned warriors should have at least a decent idea of quality when it comes to weapons and armor, so they should be able to tell which weapon would be more effective and such.

Oh and I really haven't seen many grey elven rangers.. probably about as many grey elves as humans, maybe a few more.. most of the rangers are half-elves, that's more what I was geared towards with the dexterity thing, that elves have better dex than half-elves (I hope).

Extra arrows/darts for high dexterity

Well since high dexterity is giving us extra melee attacks, it seems to follow that perhaps we'd get an extra arrow out or an extra dart thrown as well. Just another thing that might help to balance out the less beefy but more dextrous of the races when it comes to being rogues and rangers.

I agree that the loss of max hp should be taken out. Maybe some people can level up to 25 in a few days but try starting out on Evermeet for your first time on Sojourn. Nah, one of the few great things about being an elf is being one of the only races allowed on Evermeet, and a citizenship quest would take that "coolness factor" away. I suppose if it was only doable by high-level people or something then that might work, but not for mid-low levels imho.
