heat is a very important factor when buying a laptop, but no thats not why Apple laptops sell so well. Apple laptops sell so well because there is no better solution for video and audio editing than the Apple Solution. Most people that are really serious about A/V (and can afford it) own a mac.

yeah, its not very portable, it is kinda heavy, and it gets a hotter than i would like. Battery life isnt that great, and the graphics card is weak. That pretty much sums up what is wrong with this model, other than that its a great laptop, It is as fast as anyone who checks email and does web stuff...
