I would hope that a lvl 1 char doesn't have the spellcasting prowess to erase 10th circle spells from a book. That should fail, if it doesn't already.

I think the hp bonus that ogres get is insufficient to make up the difference for the crit-magnets they are, especially when crits are usually 200+ per hit - tanking more than 3-4 mobs makes it suicidal for them in say Izan's, when it seems intuitive that a big tank should be able to handle more att...

I believe the standard failure rate for top circle spells is around 5%. So if you cast 4 of them, chances are a little less than 20% that at least one of them will abort. Assuming 5%: 1 fail = 1/20 * 19/20^3 * 4 = 17.1475% 2 fails = 1/20^2 * 19/20^2 * 6 = 1.35375% 3 fails = 1/20^3 * 19/20 * 4 = 0.04...

I think they should be publicized as soon as possible, to help cut down on abuse or perception of abuse of this sort of information. As the old saying goes say, "Information yearns to be free". Keep it bottled up, and it'll try to escape.

I can only guess that since this is a one-time thing that happens pretty rarely (only when you lose a level), it's not prioritized as that important to fix. Or was just missed while they were testing that new code that remembers your prayed spell slots.

Now that memorized spell slots seems to be fixed (go Vhaeraun) how about allowing mem/pray while camping? Not sure if there are gameplay reasons for why this isn't allowed.

If I'm not mistaken, Homeland dscales absorbs some of the crit damage, like a sponge... Toril dscales doesn't absorb any, lets the damage go on through like hammering a nail through styrofoam armor...

It's not that way in D&D in playing with paper because that would be a hideous accounting nightmare keeping track of separate xp for each mob align. A lot easier to do on a mud, and makes good sense from an RP standpoint

Tog vicious on evil would also allow paladins to continually attack paralyzed evil mobs, which would be nice, rather than disengage from them and have to type kill for each attack.
