iirc, shev disabled the anti-spam registration measures because i couldnt' create my account because the server wouldnt' create the captcha image. if you install the packages necessary to create captcha images, you can turn that feature back on.... this is a simple server administration fix

the reason it does that is so you can drain its brain for PSP. a lot of the psi skills don't kill when mort for that reason. in fact you can keep it mort for about 50x mindblasts if you want to skillprac that way
