Re: Shevarash, how about a no racewar WEEK
I like the idea of a test. This would require some code alterations though - it's not as easy as just suspending the rules like it is for multiplay. I'll give it some thought.

However, we can schedule another multiplay weekend for the long labor day weekend from 9/4 - 9/7. I'll post again after this weekend for it, but you cna mark it on your calendars now.

I'm not very impressed with cMud thus far. I like a lot of things about it, but the fact that I can't figure out how to turn off the irritating script parsing (can't put things in parans, can't use equal signs, etc) is souring me pretty quick on it.

Ok - I've fixed this issue in the follow ways on the testmud: Note that there are two components to the shield punch effect- the stun, and the lag. You always get some lag, but the stun is skill/chance based and variable depending on the weight of the shield. - Shield punch stun (not the lag) no lon...

It was an attempt to make clerics more interesting to play, and there are no other heal-over-time spells. Yes, there's always another class/skill/race/spell that needs fixing, but you have to start somewhere.

That spell description in the original post is the actual in-game spell description for feign death. I think Thil is asking that Necromancers receive the spell as well. I'm not terribly opposed to it, but I don't think it would be particularly significant either.

I'm definitely open to updating this spell. It was a bit of a stab in the dark, as there isn't anything else similar to compare it to in the MUD. Boosting HP and lowering cast time a tad sounds reasonable. Can you elaborate on the issue of where the spell is located?
