Do a run down of all zones that have a fight/chest/something that can't be twinked with 2-3 people (easily twinked that is) and put a XP item in each of these zones worth a flat 25%, regardless of level. Would create an alternative to bidding on stuff you already have that doesn't flood the auction.

I'd wager I've used spook/nightmare more than most people, and I've only seen this happen in a few instances. Its so infrequent it would be a waste of time to try and correct. Please change aging so it does not affect a character when they are rented at an inn. Its an incredible waste of time for both the returning player/character and the necro/lich who has to rejuv them.

Life drain touch would be pretty cool but might be a bit powerful. You can already get pretty high with 1-shot vamp touch. Speaking of which, please fix Life Drain. If your hp's are vamped higher than 850 and you life drain, it drops your hp down to 850 instead of doing nothing.

What about cigar lounges, hookah bars, and other places that cater specifically to tobacco smokers? Do non-smokers have a right to a smoke free cigar lounge? Most of these places have had to resort to special 'clubs' to stay in business, and that is a bit of a gray area.
