My advice would be to do something about the homepage. I think the game is fine, and I don't see why new players shouldn't enjoy it. Especially if we got small batch of new players at once. All the suggestions about changes to the game fail to attract new players. But could ofcourse lure old players...

I can see so many gcc about anyone in SM. Since tele beacons removed that a while back, I think a beacon should be placed in SM. The location I would suggest is upstair in "Cock and Hound". I know there are some issues with this, so mabye it would be more possible right outside or something.
