I'm not sure if you know about Scardale, but it is really the best place to level up as a newbie. It is the newbie "hometown", for levels 1-20 and can easily give the best exp for that level range around. How to find scardale? be inside EM and simply type 'recall'. There is no limit other than what you can control. For some of us, that means one character. For others of us, that could mean 10 characters. If you can control them, you can play them. Try to 1man zones. I'd like to see it :)

Current racial grouping restrictions will still apply. The only thing that changes is the number of chars you are allowed to play at one time. :)
