I think that at least corpses must be allowed to drag up/down in !ground rooms. That seems logical. And allowing drag corpses in !ground zones in horizontal direction will be fine as well.

Another good question is what to do with corpses which have failed ress and are pressed well enough? They'll litter towns, and are practically useless. What about if a pressed corpse will fail a ress, it'll loose its pressed status and its rot timer will be set to 3-4 IRL hrs? It can still be revive...
