Ok. Now that I've calmed down a bit the constructive part.
1) Is this spell capable of being saved against? Everyone in room died except Toarn who was nearing 1100hp. Tells me no one saved vs. it.
2) 875+ points damage as an area? Are you kidding??? Maybe this should be looked at.
If this is the way it is intended to be don't bother ever telling me 'Wanna do Gith' because the answer is NO!!!!
This is for all intents and purposes an area Death proc. Only 1000+ hp live through it.

Hey Salen, dunno if you saw it, but check out my post in the Logs secion about psi mobs and ultrablast.. we had people in the party hit for over 900hps, with several almost total spanks due to that in MD, and that was *before* it was upgraded.. heh

3) tower of iron will helps block it (tho I believe that tower is self-only atm, which I suppose should be looked at).

After talking to a lot of chanters out there, I'm beginning to wonder if the Mind Blank quest is imped yet. Nobody has a clue where it even starts. Would be a nice spell even if it means an addition to spellups. I can handle that but would like to learn it.

I was in a group as Teyaha in Avernus once, i forget for who's ress quest (this was during summer) and ossis and I found a mob in there that we thing is part of the mind blank quest, but still NO IDEA where the hell it starts or what it's going to entail.
for a simble buff spell that is, at the moment, not as useful as say globe or gate/relocate i certainly hope it doesnt require much death and carnage to complete, or some dumbass rare item from a goodie hometown.

Lagging a mob in any means possible will stop them from using psionics. Bashing githyanki's will basically outright stop them from using psionics altogether. The *instant* bash lag wears off (that instant right before they stand) they can do it again. So yes they can do it while on the ground, but it's when they're out of being bash lagged. Bash is your best bet for gith. I've been in gith trips where not one mob ultrablasted us or pforced me when I was tanking cause we kept the mobs down.
And besides, squids die really fast in zones if not rescued. :P That's why their skills were upped.
