Fumbling a cursed weapon?!

Okie! I was just practicing my disarm and for some reason it was possible for me to drop my etched dagger...
It doesnt make sense that I cant fumble during normal meele, give it to somebody to hold during a ress, or put it in my sack, but yet I can fumble it...

I think they still fall when you fail disarm because if they didn't then you would, in essence, have a no risk disarm skill (other than the AC fubar bug). My ebony falls when I fail disarm like that, but I usually use stack commands when practicing.

you can give cursed weapons on ress if you know how...its been posted on the bbs even.
