Right, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it'll be on the pike, Mondays and Fridays it'll be on a platter, and Wednesdays and Saturdays it'll be on a Sturgeon. Sundays we'll give it a rest so it doesn't fall apart the rest of the week.
