whut did you want to be when you were a kid?
when i was a kid i loved shows like dukes of hazzard, chips, movies like smokey and the bandit and the one thing i wanted to be more than anything was a stunt driver. jumping and crashing cars was just seemed so exciting, still to this day it has a great appeal. maybe someday ill build a race car and race dirt and ice track and of course demo derbys. but i think thats about as close as ill ever come.
but whut did you want to be when you were 7, 8 years old? whut are you now? i climb trees doing residential trimming and removal.

When I was a kid, I wanted to be several things also. One thing I wanted to "be" and still do look forward to is travel the WHOLE world and learn a bunch of languages.

Other things I want to do when I grow up is: be a ninja, be an astronaut, be a superhero, or a superhero that could fly. OR be a secret spy that dresses like a ninja...ok how about a ninja that spies?

When I was in kindergarten, I wanted to be a teacher. I thought it was a great goal because they taught me things and I wanted to do the same. A few years later, I truly realized that the teachers I had could not teach me anything I didn't already know and began to hate kids my own age so that was out
That's when I really started to get into writing and poetry, wanted to be a writer for a long time.
It was in highschool I realized that unless you have a lucky charm, writing for your future is not dependable. Discovered my love of science and medicine. In the end, I hope to have a career as a geneticist. Maybe write a little on the side

I am doomed to become a writer, I ramble on too much

I have always been people oriented in my goals ... have always wanted to do something medical related ... wow is that why i play healing/protection classes on muds???

These days I am in the US Navy doing something thats kewl as hell but it's short term ... (yes I am a F/A-18 electrician)

When I grow up and finish playing Navy .. i am going to be a counsellor ... for troubled kids (what makes us wanna MUD anyway:P) haven't decided yet what ages ... probably more pre-teen and teen aged ... cause thats when my interest started

Age 2: A dog.

Age 6: Astronaut
Age 7: US Navy pilot (F-14 to be exact)
Age 9: Mad scientist.

Still working on that last one. As of this fall, I'll be a triple major in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (considered one discipline), Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (ditto, one discipline), and Psychology. All the good stuff.

When I was a Wee child around the age of 5 or so I wanted to become a lawyer; mainly because my mother and I watched a lot of old perry mason shows she consntatly recorded. Then of coarse i wanted to become some kind of CIA opperative when i was around 7 or 8. It then switch to the verteranary field when I was around ten. After this I was totaly confused up until now. My first year of college I was in Computer software engeneering. My second and third were pre-law. As of now I am studying to become a teacher in mathmatics and Physics. I am 99% sure that this is the major i will stick with and will enjoy for the rest of my life...I hope?

I read "All the President's Men" and saw the movie and wanted to be a journalist. After a failed marriage and boring career in mortgage banking, I went back to school and followed my dream. While I'm not a reporter anymore, I'm still a journalist and get to edit copy at one of the top newspapers in the world. And some of you probably see my name every day and don't even realize it! *snicker*
