Fall of the Phoenix

Postby Kallinar » Wed Jul 17, 2002 7:04 pm

Rising Phoenix is no more.
This was not easy to do, but myself and the other founder of the association would like to thank everyone that ever did support us in our struggle. Eza and I couldn't have done it without the help of a few of you, and we are grateful to have met the wonderful people that spent time in our family. As all things do, alas, this must end.
My humble apologies to those that feel betrayed by the leadership of Rising Phoenix, but Eza and I decided this was for the best. The rest of the founders have long since stopped playing, and the association is not the same without the people that started it.
Fear not, those that feel like you have no home. All you have to do, is follow the paths of those that deserted us before for their own
personal or selfish reasons. Anyway, there are greener pastures. Go find em.

One day, maybe the Phoenix will rise again

On another note, You won't see me around much anymore as Kallinar. Not like many of you ever really paid attention to the fact that I was there. So instead of being a nobody ranger, I will move on to something different. Thanks to all that actually did notice me and actually give me the time of day.

I'm truly saddened to hear this. We never got much chance to hang out, but I think both you and Eza are wonderful members of the Sojourn community.

*salutes as the phoenix crashes to the ground in a huge fireball*

*sniffles*

*wipes the tears from his eyes*

*scratches his gnose*

*uses his other hand to finish the job*

*sighs*

Fyzzlroo says to himself, 'Well, I guess its time to go back to protecting the lawns of the needy citizens of Waterdeep.'

*grins*

*begins to slowly disappear, leaving only a grin and a gnose behind before finally disappearing altogether*

Thank you to all the people that helped us along the way, and those who offer a sympathetic ear now. You guys are why I keep coming back.

To my family, I love you all. No matter what. *hugs*

It saddens me to see Phoenix fall, though I left the guild, i still care about all its members. I will always help in any way I can as long as I watch the wilds.

Kallinar *SWAT* don't make me come beat you, I happen to be fond of you :P

It saddens me to hear that the Rising Phoenix is no more. cry

Was very proud and happy to be part of this great guild.

One day the Phoenix will rise again!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity when no one believed in a Human Warrior.
