Used to drink a 2L of Pepsi a day, cracked the whip and forced myself to learn to like diet Pepsi, wanted to slow down so started drinking coffee, but that didn't help, just drank more Pepsi and more coffee. Finally broke myself of it and now it's water. Don't drink soda unless I go out to eat. Allow myself the luxury of a cup of coffee on the weekends, but steer clear during the week.

Lots of water... and the occasional strawberry milk. ::drool::

I have a large reverse osmosis filtration setup that filters the bad stuff out of my catheder bag and provides me with fresh water through a tube in my mouth. That way I never gotta get up to afk pipi or afk get a drink.

sunflower seeds definatly, when it comes to drinks. a ton of gatoraide and water. coffee helps, but just keeping liquids in me is usually good enough

late nights i used to drink spiced rum n coke *cough*

early mornings (whats the difference tho?) coffee with hot cocoa in it (mocha owns you)
these days it is only water no soda
