football is played with 13 people where touk is from. No need to talk smack about the rams, although kurt warner might be bagging your groceries next september. I guess this year showed us who the real brains behind the greatest show on earth was Image

I favor the Rams too, just the college level ones from Colorado State.

As for the teams I'd like to see go, the Steelers (Joey Porter former CSU ram their all pro middle linebacker).

And the Falcons (Sean Moran at defensive end from Colorado State) and of course also Mike Vick the freak of all freaks.

Besides, the Jets had their heyday with Namath. hehe

Dick Vermeil of course. That oh, so tricky head coach back in 1999 put this team together, created the offense, helped martz design the plays, hell he did the whole thing. After his superbowl victory, he handed the reigns over to Mike Martz, the offensive coordinator, who assumed most of the credit for the stunning performance of the rams offense for those magical 3 years. The offense continued to produce, basically because their wide receivers were faster than everyone else in the league, and they had marshall faulk. But the offense never changed. People eventually figured out how to defend it, and the rams descended into mediocrity, since they had no defense.

They hired lovie smith and the defense improved drastically, resulting in last year's superbowl run. But again, the offense never changed. Bill Bellichick basically dissected it, chewed it up, and spit it out, which is why the undermanned patriots were able to take the superbowl last year. Kurt Warner got hurt this year, and scrubby mcbenchwarmer(mark bulger) came in and tore it up, again with the same old offense, further proof that it isn't the players, but the scheme, that makes this team run. And marshall faulk. Never forget marshall faulk.

Martz hasn't changed a thing since vermeil left, and the once pronounced "offensive genius" has proven himself to be just a puppet, running another man's offense for another man's team, which is why the rams will continue to be mediocre until they fire Martz. The only reason he still has his job is because he has marshall faulk, and marshall faulk wins games.

Uhm the jets already had their heyday but you want the steelers to win? They already had a friggin dynasty! Little known fact that ed o'neill AKA al bundy was a member of the famed steel curtain of the steelers multiple championship teams.

I hate to rip into your picks here(not really) but the two teams you picked have almost no chance to win, sorry Image Steelers barely beat the friggin browns, the titans are going to trash them. Their secondary is incredibly weak, kerry "i ride pine" holcomb put up 400+ passing yards for chrissakes. Plus Mcnair can run, PLUS they have eddie george instead of the pathetic browns running back, who's name i cant even remember cuz he sucks that bad. And the falcons have no hope against philly's defense. Vick put up what 186 total yards against green bay? His numbers sucked. The blocked punt for a touchdown won that game, but vick gets all the credit cuz he ran for a few first downs. less than 50% completion ratio isn't gonna cut it in philadelphia, sorry.

Hmm, my research indicates he never made the team.

oh well, whatever. I'm confident of Gang Green's chances on Sunday. They're 12 for 14 in the red zone their last 3 games and have scored a zillion points while limiting their opponents to 34. I have to admit I was pretty dispirited after the loss to Chicago, but because of the the biggest late-season collapse in NFL history (reminds me to get that thank you note off to florida), the Jets are in just as they've peaked and hit post-season form.

it'll be a tough game, but I predict a high-scoring, 4-point victory by

Pictures of raiders playing dirty doesn't really prove anything except that you need to cheat to win. Maybe next you will post a picture of Sam Adams chop-blocking Josh Evans? Image

Word is that the bengals lease on paul brown stadium includes the phrase "will bring a viable and competative football team to cincinnati", and thusly, the city is suing him for breech of contract.

So running someone's ass over on a football field is playing dirty?

No Playing dirty would be if the sissy leg-humper's head was still in the helmet.

Maybe Sunday the Raiders will be gentlemen and help the old women across the street. Oh wait, those aren't old women, those are the pansies crying about 'Playing dirty'.

The Raiders pretty much dominated the jets in every aspect of football. they beat them on offense, they beat them on defense, and they were the only team to finally realize how to beat them on special teams - kick the ball out of bounds. My only solace is that the raiders are most likely going to win the superbowl this year, at which point gannon, rice, and brown will all retire. That, and the fact that oakland raider fans set the record for largest contingent of complete morons in a single gathering. The Raiders are awesome, there's no denying it. But this is what your fans look like.
