Bachelorette / Joe Millionaire Gossip Corner

Postby Keran » Thu Jan 16, 2003 6:03 pm

After seeing Joe Millionaire for the first time this week I was really taken back by Evan's lack of social skills. I mean I guess the guy is good looking, but come on! I was writhing in my seat watching come of the conversations he was having with the women. I heard he fell off his horse on the first show but never saw that one. Once it is revealed that he is a pauper, I think all of the women will realize that they really don't see much in him. I don't recall any conversations with the women saying that they have genuine feelings for the guy.

As for the Bachelorette, I am watching this show too, under duress at the hand of my wife. I can't seem to get into it though. Personally, I think Trista isn't all that. She's short, petite, blonde, her hair is totally flat and has no body to it, and her figure is a little "too hard" for my liking. She's not ugly by any means, just not my type. But that's just me. She does seem sincere and honest, and has a jovial sort of personality which is nice. I suppose if you put any woman on TV then invariably there will be 30 guys that want her.

In any regard I think Charlie has this thing bagged. As for the elven dude from Seattle - he has to go. As does that guy from Marin. She needs to bail on that dude before she finds a dead bunny in her kitchen kettle (Fatal Attraction).

My girlfriend makes me watch both those friggin shows. I just find amusement in the fact that the girls will shovel coal into a train to get a piece of the 50 million dollar man, while on the bachelorette, the men who get picked walk out because they are sick of that girl's shit. Score one for the men.

Yeah Thanuk,

I am still waiting for some guy to start balling and go psycho. I'm sure it will happen. I have my bets that the elf from seattle will break down and end up stalking her *comfort Trista*

Joe Millionaire + Bachelorette=2 hours.
4 football games x 3 hours each =12 hours.

At any rate, its better than watching Lifetime.

Just thinking about these "reality TV" shows makes me laugh until I cry. I never thought people were such f***in tools(me included). The best was watching those girls on the Bachelor after he gave em the boot.

Serious, why are you crying? Did his money break your heart? HA! You started with nothing, lost nothing, (wait no, you lost your dignity.) pardon me while I laugh.

But hey, someday they might strike gold... maybe... I think...

We have our own little reality show right here on the BBS. Try snapping and posting a personal issue and see what happens.
