When is this place re-opening?

Well I haven't played sojourn since the split between Toril and Duris however many years ago that was. I was just wondering when sojourn was re-opening since well, duris has kind of lost its flavor since it originally opened all those years ago. No PK will be kind of frustrating for me most likely, but I've met a few people on Duris who were originally from toril and they've convinced me to give it a shot Anyone need a cleric?

1) Sojourn will open some time in march; or
2) They don't make their Q1 target date and open after March 31 (which is what I'm betting on...)
