in game help post 20?

Now that I've passed 20th level where should a player look for some help.

I've had a few questions and the only channel that looks like it would get me the answer that I needed was ooc but I was kindly chastised for using it.

Where should a post 20 player chat for help while in game?

The bbs is definately a good place to start.

Also, even though you no longer have access to NHC, you can always go with "who helper" and ask one of the helpers a question directly. That is what we're here for, after all. ;)

You can also just ask a (higher level) player more or less at random. Most will be happy to help. Do a "who ungrouped" to find someone of your class who is less like to be busy and send them a tell.

Who helper is another good command. It lists the people who have signed up to help new players, so asking them a question is always okay. :)
