I created a character and while I was waiting for the name to be approved, I appear to have been booted from the server.

Tried to login using that character name and it says the name doesn't exist.

This has happened 2x now.

Any advice?

In some cases, there are not any Admins available at the time of the request of a character name to approve of the name. One option that you have open to you is to select one of the randomly generated names. Later, when an Admin is online, you can request your name changed to what you want. This will allow you to enter the game quickly, and still allow you the chance at the name you want.

2nd that! Especially important if the character you rolled has great stats. At least this way you keep them.

Just make sure you request the name change before lvl 20!
