Just did Brass. Used about 3 holy words per fight, plus the other cleric in the group casted some. Entire zone, not a single stun from holy word landed. That was about 19 mobs, say 3 holy words per mob = 57 or so chances to land a stun. To be honest I don't remember the last time holy word actually stunned a high level zone mob. As far as I can tell its only purpose now is for align fixing in SS or to kill/para little tiny mobs just to get them out of the way. Stun only seems to work when mobs use holy/unholy against PCs.. then its often.
Can stun rate be upped to something useful, or have the lag reduced so the spell isn't as annoying to use while we're killing SS mobs for align?
Holy Word "Stun"
yes, holy word is used for alignment fixing, should be part of the spell discription.
help Holy word
"Holy Word" A high level cleric spell use to help a cleric fix their alignment, it won't work on higher mobs so don't bother, besides all you can do is mem full heals (see help Full Heal). Holy word may blind, paralize, injure or stun an evil mob. Neutral mobs are uneffected. High level mobs will just laugh at you (see help Full Heal).
"Full Heal" The only spell you should have in this circle because Holy Word is only for fixing alignment (see Help Holy Word). To avoid the embarrasment of high level mobs laughing at you type forget Holy Word 6 times then mem pray Full Heals.
This also applies to Unholy Word
