missile snare

do you suppose that missle snare could be tweaked a bit to make it so that not only can you grab and arrow dagger of whatever out of the air and cancel its damage but also have a chance at shooting it back...or make another skill return fire or somthing for this...also qould we make haste affect archery..i know this has been asked for many times but it would make the class alot more useable..the haste thing any way... the other one shouldnt be overpowering at all
