I've been itching to write some procs for old Tarrie for a few years now...maybe I'll actually find time to get around to it this boot.

here's a proc suggestion for ye:

Swallow whole: Tarrasque gulps down a target, effectively para'ing them, but also draining hps slowly, like a poison spell or somesuch. Target remains alive, in the belly of the tarrasque, until drained to -10 hps. The target can be freed if the tarrasque is killed (and searched) before the target dies.

Tarrasque's massive burp: cyclone spell plus an earthquake. Occurs after each 'swallow whole' proc.
