battlechanter circles

di ,dm, create food, create water all second circle...how about moving create food/water to 3rd circle which has nothing in it

same for bards with minor creation

I'm at work, so I can't be sure, but, I believe that bards and battlechanters only get even numbered circles, that is, no 1,3,5,7,9 circles.
