My conversation with lahgen.

This is a recount of my meeting with Lahgen at the main inn in Waterdeep we didn’t really speak of anything of importance but I would like to report our conversation. It’s actually a funny conversation hehehehe.

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, ‘You know that Deneir has had a direct hand in this crisis?’

I say 'What hand has he had?'

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'His halls of information have provided much intelligence to the Fellowship.'

From outside, the faint chimes of the clock tower sound 9am.

I say 'Fellowship?'

Lahgen nods.

I say 'Whats the Fellowship?'

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'That's what Senirah referred to as the collective forces standing against the Vile One.'

I say 'Oh okay go on.'

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'Though honestly, you wouldn't have liked him...he was a bit of a fanatic. He even tried to have the Shadowstalker killed.'

I say 'so Deneir tried to kill Nilan?'

I say 'Why?'

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'No, Senirah did.'

I say 'oh oops'

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'And the reasoning for that is so convoluted that I won't get into it here.'

I say 'do you have anymore knowledge to pass on?'

From outside, the faint chimes of the clock tower sound 12 noon.

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'Well...you do know that the gods cannot take a direct hand in this, right?'

I say 'No i didn't know that? Why can't they?'

Lahgen shrugs helplessly.

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'Ask Ao.'

I say 'go on.'

Lahgen begins to ponder on something.

From outside, the faint chimes of the clock tower sound 3pm.

I say 'lahgen do you have anything else to share or should i look for someone else?'

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'I might have more for you later on.'

I say 'okay i am going to find someone else to talk to now.’

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'I can tell you something for you to remember.'

I say 'remember what?'

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'People respond better when you aren't demanding.'

I say 'yes i'll remember.'

Lahgen nods.

Lahgen says in a nonchalant tenor, 'Good.'

I say 'goodbye'

And that’s the end of our short conversation. I just wanted to post it because I haven’t posted anything yet.

Hey its now my fault it was a misunderstanding i wasn't paying attention to what Lahgen was sayeing anyway i haven't tried to kill nilan though he has almost killed me lol.

Is this another example of good justice? Killing th accursed before he ever comes to trial. It appears that I must serve as the khelkyorl to the Hand of Vhaeraun.

Therefore, all be warned who seeks the life of the Hand of Vhaeraun.
