i told him to flee and he made the concious effort to stay in the fight. the first fight when i didnt warn him i was in the wrong and i freely admit it. but the second fight he's just being an ass.

This could be interpreted as attempted pkill. Do you want to see the side of my log where I hit 126 hp in the first fight [before I feeble him] or 191 hp in the second [again before I feeble him]. Or my log of the third fight where after I start and engage him, and then you attempt to dispel the feeble/pwb and in which you loot the coins at the end despite the mob never going aggro to you? You did eventually "return" the coins by dropping them on the ground.

And last I checked you should mention that you're tagging a mob if there's any chance it might aggro bystanders. Some would go so far as to say that it's your duty to mention it, lest you be accused of pkill or attempted pkill.

On snake age, I told you the answer. I said it started at two times new snake game entry age. You're a necro, not like it's hard to figure it out, especially on yourself. Part of a necro/lich's class is knowing the right age for every race so that all the people who don't have access to rejuv for testing can easily be helped. I'm sorry if I thought you weren't the brightest necro for not knowing the optimal age for your own race. You figure out the right age? Or are you still waiting for someone to tell you? What are the odds that you'll remember the age you put yourself at after all this? Pretty good I'd bet.
