I'm sure Shev already has the announcements planned out, but who knows maybe he'll change his mind. Or at least it'll give us something to speculate about until the next T2 update!

I'm betting it'll be skills, then spells, then classes... with the other groups either being part of it or coming in after. I really wanna see the new ranger class though...

Lili made one. Pava made one. Some other leet types made them too.

Rangers are great if you love sitting at 3W... or are so leet that you've leveled all the other classes to 50 and have a lot of friends who will group you even if you aren't useful.

I always liked being a ranger, but the tedium of not getting group invites gets to us after a while...

I'm not saying that there's no room for improvement with rangers.

I'm saying that they ARE useful, if leet types have willingly made them and use them.

It's all in how a person uses it, eh?

2 years later and people finally realized how powerful rangers have been all along.

And if not that, something about trade skills. (it sort of sounds like they are comming).

Yeah, release date would be awesome... but I know that's not gonna happen.

I just noticed this post for some reason...

Here's the question: Do you know any of those "leet types" who have rangers as their <i>primary</i> char?

Every "leet" ranger I knew of has quit playing, or moved on to other classes.

Rangers can be fun, no question... but they aren't generally considered _useful_ when compared to other classes, which generally leads to a lack of group invites.

Just release the damn thing. I'm sure everyone would rather beta test and have rollbacks when retards abuse bugs than have to play vanilla Toril.
