This sounds a lot like something that happened last year. Some kids beat up a homeless man and it was caught on tape by a security camera or something.

"Happy slapping" is a fairly famous phenomenon in Britan and has moved to other parts of the world. part of the "concept" is to tape it.

Meaningless voilence like that is horrible.
