I've got to say this is a very good question. Can someone in the know fill us in?

why yes, I can fill you in. Since me and Shevarash are neighbors now.

I am in cell# 1004, and shevarash has recently leased cell# 1006. We talk alot, since there isn't much else we can do. I've told him about my problem with internet porn and how i was picked up for impersonating a Girls Gone Wild film producer. He's told me about his obsession with public nudity. Also known as indecent exposure, aka nancing. So anyway, it appears as though he's signed up for a 36 month lease and we'll be neighbors for quite some time.

He's told me about shar. About how she is sad without him, but how she is getting by with the help of doctor phil, opra, and chocolate. She's also been auditioning from what he's told me. She apparently wants to do some more acting, and get some more credits to add under her name. Her previous films: free willy (1, 2, & 3) and what's eatting gilbert grape, did bring in some much needed chocolate money, but over time that stash has begun to dwindle. People now days can't even remember free willy, let alone the star of the picture. She's been unhappy with the fact she's never harrassed by the media or reconized when she goes out in public. Since shevarash's big move to the house, she has picked up roots and returned to her los angeles aquatic home.

As for Cyric, aka the forger in black................The one god you've never seen nor heard from, well, maybe once, and i think that was just shevarash echo'ing in black...........I heard that he went down..........in a flaming earring of fire...........truthfully, i did hear shevarash make mention that cyric has been in a power struggle for rulership of cuba. You never know though, shevarash may have just been talking in his sleep, never know, since the only face to face contact we get is between 1:00 and 1:30 pm every other day.

I don't think that's the issue, they didn't drop off the face of the earth when the little tike was born.

Do any immortals read the General Discussion threads? It's lame to keep us in the dark. It's a simple question that only requires a sentence to answer.

And it's not anybody's role but the forgers to answer questions about any apparent MIA from them.

Guess they left it on auto-pilot while bumping a purely random thread a few days ago.

2.0...hrm sounds like a hopeless promise given to those that do not have the time to dedicate to such a large project. Tired of of the same old wait for it, wait for it. Now maybe I'm just bitter from the lack of motivation or sight of it, but been waiting for updates etc. and I see Shev doing some upgrades to CC and whatnot but lets look at it, instead of investing time and concentration of upgrading 500 year old zones lets revamp the mud. Anyways rant off, from a tired old mudder.

Sorry, I only look at the political threads in this forum.

They've finished training as ninjas and are busy stopping the ex-players who threatened to kill each one of the Toril Mudders one by one.

Currently, they are in Sweden in their global quest to save us all from a group of psychopathic gamer murderers.

Two weeks since their absence was brought up as a possible concern and still no reply. TorilMUD is going places.

Well, if they actually responded then they wouldn't be MIA, now, would they?

As for whose role it is to answer the question, I don't think it's asking too much to be filled in when so much depends on them being around. Letting us know what's going on is by no means disrespecting your boss(es)--it's just being respectful to the concerns of some of the players. Of course, if the answer is, "Gosh, none of us (the staff) knows what's going on" well, what's so wrong with saying so?

I do happen to be waiting for 2.0--but just so I can stop seeing Dalar's posts about what's currently wrong and so I can see what he posts about later--at least it'll be something different at that point. (Hopefully quicksilver gets hosed) Variety's the spice of life. :shock: (That was humor)

Ok yeah, this actually is starting to become a concern. I was sure Shev would take the time to make an appearance, if only to reassure people that indeed he is still around and active. Perhaps even make a few band-aid changes to get people off his back for a few weeks. But not a peep. I'm actually worried from a health and safety perspective. It takes 30 seconds to post something quickly in here. He may not have fulfilled our expectations in the past, but he has never failed to assert his continuing presence.
