Using the Help Files in Combat

I'll ask for this once again. Can we please be allowed to use the help and info commands while in combat? So much work has gone into them, just to have them inaccessible for a large portion of play time.

I dont see why this wouldn't be a welcome change. It especially helps true newbies during those times when killing at low-levels takes seemingly forever.

Of course.. all new stuff should be put on the shelf till after Equipment Changes go in *cough*.
