11/16/03 [Mielikki] Crash-B-Gone
- Rewrote all of the Oakvale procs - say goodbye to those crash bugs.
- Fixed a bug in the alignment shifting tweak. Shouldn't be so hard to go
good anymore.
- Charm person maximum level is now 12, and all mobs can be moved out of
their home zones when charmed.
- Fixed some proc messages.
11/16/03 [Iyachtu] This, That, and That Other Thing
- Experience is now shown as a percentage, instead of a bar.
- You can see your attribute stats over max now, instead of '***'
- Preserve will be 5x more effective on soul bound mob corpses.
- Soul bind is easier to land now, and scales according to the caster's level.
- Defensive Harmony and Disruption upgraded at the higher skill levels.
- Fixed a nasty bug that was preventing 50th Barb Shamans from ever saving
successfully against PARA.
- New targetting code should work for the default combat target now.
11/16/03 [Eilistraee] Bid Confirmation, etc.
- Auction bids must now be confirmed before entered.
- Fixed up some bugs on the old vines proc.
- Adjustments to holy avenger.
- Spirit and Mount summoning will now tell you when they can be used again,
when unavailable.

- Fixed a bug in Tower of Iron Will.
- Fixed a bunch of identify stats for proc weapons.
- Removed prestige loss in Acheron.
- Rogues can now attempt to disguise without a kit - at a HEAVY penalty.
- Reworked Pestilence proc.
- Skullsmasher proc fixed up.
- Icicle cloak can now be used outside of combat.
- Ancestral Shield works against Lava Burst now.
